1. All human beings have the right to work without constant
surveillance of their time.
2. The practice of mandatory chargeability tracking is a tool
of oppression designed to extract maximum productivity while
stripping workers of dignity and autonomy.
3. "Matrix management" is not management - it is bureaucratic
violence disguised as corporate structure.
4. Team renaming does not improve performance. It destroys
institutional knowledge and wastes countless hours.
5. WBS codes are weapons of mass distraction.
We, the members of the Chargeability Liberation Front, hereby
declare our independence from:
